NWIW LEGAL
Terms of Service
These terms govern access to the NWIW Arena, competitor memberships, challenges, rankings, livestreams, and community participation.
Effective September 18, 2026
1. The NWIW service
Not While I’m Winning (NWIW) is an online competitive social platform. Visitors may watch publicly available bouts and comments. Registered spectators may follow, react, and comment. Active paid competitors may create challenges, upload content, submit results, build records, and participate in eligible rankings.
2. Accounts and identity
You must provide accurate account information and keep your login secure. Spectators may receive a numbered public identity. NWIW may require identity, profile-photo, location, camera, or evidence checks before certifying a competitor or approving a livestream. Certification does not guarantee skill, safety, or conduct.
3. Founding Beta access
Competitor access is currently offered free during NWIW’s Founding Beta, with no payment card required. NWIW may later introduce a planned $1.00 USD monthly competitor membership after the platform has developed sufficient content and activity. Beta members will receive notice and must actively choose to subscribe before any recurring charge begins. NWIW will not automatically convert a free account into a paid subscription.
4. Challenges, results, and rankings
Competitors must submit honest results and authentic evidence. NWIW may review footage, request additional evidence, correct records, reject results, or remove rankings when evidence is insufficient or manipulated. Rankings prioritize verified competitive results and may also apply category, city, season, eligibility, and title-defense rules.
5. Livestreams and user content
You retain ownership of content you upload. By posting or streaming, you grant NWIW a nonexclusive, worldwide license to host, display, reproduce, format, distribute, and promote that content in connection with the platform and its competitions. You confirm that you have permission from identifiable participants and that your content does not violate another person’s rights.
6. Community conduct
Competitive banter and rated trash talk may be part of NWIW, but threats, harassment, hate speech, doxxing, fraud, impersonation, cheating, dangerous conduct, sexual exploitation, and unlawful content are prohibited. NWIW may limit comments, remove content, revoke broadcasting privileges, suspend accounts, or disqualify competitors to protect the community and competition integrity.
7. Commentators and broadcasts
Follower, like, participation, and category-rating thresholds may make a user eligible for consideration, but they do not guarantee broadcaster status. NWIW selects and may remove approved commentators. Livestream availability depends on event approval, camera readiness, connectivity, permissions, and platform capacity.
8. Safety and assumption of risk
NWIW does not supervise every local matchup. Participants are responsible for choosing lawful locations, appropriate rules, safe equipment, and suitable competition conditions. Never participate in illegal street racing, violence, trespassing, gambling, or activity that creates an unreasonable risk of injury.
9. Availability and enforcement
The MVP may change as features, categories, cities, and seasons are developed. NWIW may investigate violations and suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted access or any particular ranking, audience, opportunity, or outcome.
